This Privacy Policy explains how QRQC SAS ("QRQC", "we") collects, uses, and protects personal data when you use our website and platform. We act as a data controller for the personal data described below and comply with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act.
Data we collect
Account data: name, professional email, company, role.
Usage data: pages visited, features used, and diagnostic logs required to operate the service.
Customer content: incidents, supplier claims, attachments and related metadata you submit to the platform. Customer content is processed on behalf of our customers (see our Data Processing Agreement).
How we use it
To provide and secure the service, to respond to support requests, to bill customers, to improve the product, and to comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal data and we do not use customer content to train third-party models.
Legal bases
Contract performance (to deliver the service), legitimate interests (security, product improvement), consent (marketing communications, where required), and legal obligations (accounting, tax).
Retention
Account data is retained while your account is active and up to 3 years after termination for legal and accounting purposes. Diagnostic logs are retained up to 90 days. Customer content is retained per the customer's contract.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you may access, rectify, delete, restrict, or port your personal data, and object to certain processing. You can also file a complaint with the CNIL (the French data protection authority).
