These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the QRQC website and platform operated by QRQC SAS. By using the service, you agree to these terms.
The service
QRQC provides an industrial quality management platform for incident tracking, supplier claims, corrective actions, and multi-site KPI visibility. The service is offered on a subscription basis under a separate commercial agreement between QRQC and each customer.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the service to violate the law, to attempt to breach security, to reverse-engineer the service, or to interfere with other customers' use. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Customer content
You retain all rights in the content you submit to the platform. You grant QRQC a limited license to host, process, and transmit that content solely to provide the service. See our Data Processing Agreement for details.
Warranties and liability
The service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis, without implied warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law. Our aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, except for gross negligence, willful misconduct, or liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Paris, France, subject to mandatory consumer-protection rules.
